ARKANSAS CITY, Kan. — citizen journal is launching the "Ark Valley citizen journal," expanding its coverage area to include Arkansas City and Winfield alongside its existing Wellington coverage. The regional news outlet plans to report on all three city councils, the Sumner and Cowley County commissions, each area school board as information becomes available, and more.
