# Chamber to Host Ribbon Cutting for New Police Substation

The McPherson Chamber of Commerce will host a ribbon cutting ceremony for the new McPherson Police Department Substation at 218 E Kansas Ave on October 14 at 10:30 a.m. The event marks a significant milestone in the community's commitment to public safety and strategic growth. The new substation will enhance police response times and strengthen neighborhood connections in the expanding areas of McPherson. Chamber officials and police department leadership invite residents and business owners to attend the ceremony and tour the facility, which represents an important investment in the community's future safety infrastructure.
