# Canton-Galva opens new track to the public Sept. 5 after Friday ribbon cutting

Canton-Galva USD 419 will cut the ribbon on its new track at Friday's Sept. 4 football game and open it for community use Saturday, Sept. 5, according to an invitation from the district. The district said rules for that use will be shared before Saturday; the invitation does not state them. The track was part of a $4.275 million bond issue district voters approved in April 2025.
