# Bullpups JV Boys Football Edges Mulvane 34-30

MCPHERSON, Kan. — The McPherson Bullpups JV boys football team defeated Mulvane 34-30 in a high-scoring, lead-changing contest Oct. 12\. C. Rinker threw two touchdown passes — a 61-yarder to K. Anderson and a 37-yarder to A. Aichele — while Anderson also returned an interception 70 yards for a score, and D. Stolzenburg recovered a fumble in the end zone as McPherson built enough of a cushion to survive Mulvane's late rally. Rinker's recovery of an onside kick attempt sealed the victory.
