# 7th Grade Girls Volleyball Finishes 4th at Tournament

MCPHERSON, Kan. — The McPherson seventh-grade girls B volleyball team finished fourth at Saturday's tournament, defeating Hutchinson 25-7, 25-18 before falling to Maize South 16-25, 17-25 and dropping a three-set battle to Salina South 25-19, 23-25, 9-15\. "Overall I was very pleased with today's hustle, communication, and performance," said coach Lauren Labertew, whose Bullpups improved to 10-4 on the season. The team travels to Wellington on Monday.
